LORENA ANGULO – MAKING A BROOCH WITH ART CLAY 950 (SILVER METAL CLAY)

From: $430.33

PREREQUISITES/SKILL LEVEL: All levels welcome!

This class will focus in how to construct the mechanism of a brooch using Art Clay 950. The students will learn different ways in how to design their own pin backs and be able to add a special little detail into them.

The brooch can also be made as a pendant/brooch combination for more versatility to wear.

During the class the students will create a piece that later on they will attach their own pin back, each student will create a piece using their own styles and designs. I will be there all the time guiding them and helping them during this process and then I will teach them the different ways they can make a pin back by using a metal clay extruder.

* (My classes are not a “project” class. I let each student create whatever they want, and I will guide them to be able to create a unique piece of jewelry with their own creative voice.)
