ANDI TERRY – TEXTURES IN NATURE

From: $320.00

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Nature is resplendent; full of beautiful details to observe and inspire. Learn how translate these observations into elaborate organic patterns and textures to add even more depth and interest to your work. In this class, we’ll be using a pitch bowl, chasing hammer and just a few tools to get intricate details that will feed your creativity and spark new ideas! This class is open to students of every level, from those wanting to start their journey into working with chasing and repousse, or more advanced metalsmiths wanting to add more textures and patterns under their belt. On Sunday March 27, I will add in a Keum-boo demo. Students can add this to both the pieces they design in class, and to their repertoire of metalsmith techniques.

PREREQUISITES/SKILL LEVEL: Beginner and up.
