If you are looking for a beautiful place to host a large event, look no further. Multiplicity can accommodate up to 200 people with customizable rental packages to ensure that you will have everything you need for your party or event. Our fabulous Event Specialists will give you a personalized tour, help answer all your planning questions and provide you with vendor suggestions.
We have reduced weekday rates, as well as great weekend packages, all with lots of add-on activity possibilities to make your job as host easier. We do everything we can to make your event is as stress-free as possible and want you to have enjoyed every minute of it.
Garden Venue for Large Events – Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunions, Club Meetings, and More
Multiplicity’s Garden Venue is often called “Katy’s Secret Garden” because of the beautiful, meandering floral and greenery beds and majestic trees that lie behind the gates leading into this space. The lush, natural beauty of our Garden space provides a calm retreat far from the stress and chaos of the big city, while still allowing the convenience of being close to town. Our beautiful, stained-glass Gazebo, with its striking mid-1800’s antique stained-glass windows, is perfect for presentations, performances, and ceremonies, and provides a picturesque backdrop for photos.
For those events needing a private space for dressing or preparation, there is a charming and inviting Dressing Suite inside our century-old event cottage. Its use is included in all weekend packages and is available as an add-on in other instances.
Covered Party Pavilion for Small events – Kids Parties, Adult Craft Parties, Luncheons, and More
Multiplicity has a covered Party Pavilion that is perfect for smaller gatherings. It comfortably seats up to 32 guests, allowing for a small mingling area and a food service counter. If table seating is not necessary, the Party Pavilion can accommodate up to 75 standing guests.
As always, we allow our clients to bring in their own liquor and catered food. This makes the food and liquor expense for your event significantly less than it would be at venues where you are required to use the venue bar and caterers. Our only requirements are that all alcohol must be served by TABC certified bartenders hired by Multiplicity, and food must be available to guests any time alcohol is being served.
Choose from add-on services such as Floral Services, Decorating Services, and Personalized/Custom Favors, Gifts, and Gift Baskets. Add-on rental options include a Gift Cart with optional signs, two Decorative Bird Cages, Yard Games, a Floor Piano, and Kids Craft Tables. With package rentals, some of
these are already included.
